It emulsifies base oils. It is successfully used in yarn spinning, bobbin transfer, synthetic and wool fibre blending, worsted and streighgarn blending oil production.
It is not affected by hard water. It is a nonionic surfactant, so it is not affected by the ionic structure of the environment.
