In 2012, Yakem Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti, a foreign trade company incorporated with the aim of importing for the needs of the construction chemicals and cable industry, has become a production company as of 2015.
Our factory, which was established with completely domestic capital and a large investment, has expanded its product range and the sectors it serves with its strong R&D and production team. At the point it has reached today, Yakem Kimya continues to work uninterruptedly within the framework of sustainable growth policy.

10 Years of
Yakem from Past to Present
To contribute to the economy by developing and offering environmentally friendly products and services that are respectful to nature, environmentally friendly, most suitable for the needs and expectations of the customer in the fastest way.
Yakem Kimya San ve Tic Ltd Şti was founded by Faik GÜR in order to import and export raw materials.
Our founder Faik GÜR decided that being a company that buys and sells in the market in the last 1 year time interval is not suitable for our vision. Based on the belief that producing products with added value is much more important for our country and our company, the foundations of our manufacturing facility were laid in an area of 3.000 square metres in I.D.O.S.B.
Our TIBP project was approved by TUBITAK and we accelerated our work with this support. Since the products coming from the raw material side will come to our country in tonnage for the first time, this process was successfully overcome for us with the support of the Ministry of Economy.
Despite the economic problems in our country and in the world, we continued to expand our production line.
We continued our R&D studies without interruption with the consultancy we received from outside. We started exporting the products we manufactured by presenting them to our global customers.
We have renewed our manufacturing line and staff on our growth-oriented path.
With the start of the pandemic process, the increase in uncertainties and our inability to see ahead in the sector did not scare us. Despite the factories that closed or suspended production, we continued to manufacture without interruption.
In addition to our TIBP product, as a result of our R&D studies, we were proud to manufacture an alternative product to the Sodium Lignosulphonate product, which is dependent on foreign markets. Turkish Ligno is now available on the market.
As of this year, we are proud to increase our export margin by 15% and increase our production capacity to 40,000 tonnes per year in our 10th year.
